All items will have a clean title unless specified in the description. If you buy an attachment or any item from our equipment yard pickup will be onsite on the following dates: Friday, October 27 from 8:00am-4:00pm Saturday October 28th from 8:00am-4:00pm Monday October 30th from 8:00am-4:00pm We will only accept cash or cashier’s check at our office during this time. If you are the winner of an auction item that is not located at our auction yard you can wire the funds to the wiring instructions on your invoice. Once we receive your payment we will email you a paid in full invoice. It will include within the description the contact information and location with pickup instructions for that item. All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with all faults. There are no warranties or representations of merchantability, of fitness, nor of any other kind, express or implied.
